Ever Awakening is an online resource, healing space and my spiritual philosophy.

The foundation of my work is to empower others to consciously travel the path of growth and evolution we cycle through again and again during this journey on earth, with as much grace and ease and joy as possible.

I do this through mindset coaching and energetic healing practices.

The healing work is a blend of sound frequencies and vibrations, along with various energy work modalities that help move stuck energy-thoughts-emotions-pain through and out of your body and energy field.

My role as a coach is to guide you to continually show up in life with your awareness in the present moment, to be able to take on whatever challenges come up, to see with wise eyes, and to move from a deeper and more healed place.

It is a process, not of bypassing or avoiding, but of waking up again and again, moving closer and closer to your truest essence.
